25 Nov Green Glow Smoothie
This guy is a super way to start a warm, summers day!
Filled with fresh fruit and veggies, it has lots of green goodness to make your morning delicious sweet and tasty, and will take just a few minutes, so it’s great if you’re on the go!
1 large pear
1 kiwi fruit (with skin on)
1 large cucumber
1 large handful baby spinach
1 small handful of crushed mint leaves
2 cups water
1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt
2-3 ice cubes
Chop the pear, kiwi fruit, and cucumber into chunks and place into blender.
Add spinach and mint, followed by the yoghurt and water and ice cubes.
Blend until smooth, or at a consistency of your liking.
You can also add any green powder for that extra kick of nutrients!
