24 Jul Apple & Cinnamon Oats with Coconut
Oats are an old favourite, and incredibly nutritious.
We’ve zazzed up this humble grain with some yummy cinnamon and coconut – which makes for a great combination!
1 small pink lady apple
1/2 cup rolled oats
3 tablespoons hot water
3 tablespoons coconut milk
2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Place rolled oats in a microwave safe bowl and cover in hot water and coconut milk.
Add the apple and place in microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes.
Remove from microwave and sprinkle oats with chia seeds and stir through.
Top with coconut yoghurt and cinnamon.
Best eaten in your jammies in bed with a cup of tea!
